Lives are changing every day at Sugar Creek – including our precious children as they discover a wonderful life in Jesus.

Our goal is to walk beside them in their journey and help them become devoted and excited followers of Christ. The first step is Kids Discovery.

Kid's Discovery is designed for the child who has made a recent profession of faith or who is asking questions regarding salvation and baptism. Developed especially for children in kindergarten through fifth grade, the two-hour course covers the basics of the gospel in an interactive, age-appropriate format and explores whether or not a child has had a salvation experience.

Baptism, the Lord’s Supper and the necessity for continued spiritual growth also are explored.  We recommend that every child attend a Kid's Discovery class before being baptized.

Classes are held in the Family Center on the third floor. At least one parent needs to attend and participate with each child. Pre-registration is required.
