Here are a few additional programs for students and children that might be of interest to you.
Awana is a program that combines learning with fun to create an atmosphere of irresistible excitement for kids. Weekly club nights are Bible-centered, helping kids build a firm foundation for their faith. Sugar Creek has one of the largest Awana programs in southwest Houston. Awana meets from 6:30 to 8:00 on Wednesday nights during the school year. There are clubs for all children 4 years old through 6th grade.
For more information about Awana, contact Barbara Waldhuber.
Upward Basketball is an absolutely amazing athletic experience for your child. Kids learn about teamwork and develop self esteem while having tons of fun playing basketball with their friends. Upward is open to the community for children Kindergarten through 6th grade.

Middle School and High School Students from all over Fort Bend take part in our Wednesday Night activities in the LYF Center. Xbox and Playstation games, internet stations, iPOD listening booths, billiards, and a coffee café are just the beginning. There is also a creative service of music, video, and message. It’s an experience designed from the ground up with teenagers in mind. Every Wednesday at 6:30pm.
