What is the Watchman Prayer Ministry?
The Watchman Prayer Ministry is a lay ministry of Sugar Creek Baptist Church. Based on the need for revival and spiritual awakening, this ministry unites participants in the ministry of intercessory prayer.
A Watchman is a prayer warrior answering God’s call to commit to pray for our Jerusalem, Sugar Creek Baptist Church. You will pray for a designated hour each week and then call the Watchman after you to pass along the watch so there will not be any gaps in the Wall.
The Watchman Prayer list is published weekly with prayer requests of the pastors, ministries and missionaries of our church. Copies are available at the Welcome Center in the foyer of the Worship Center and throughout the campus.
