We couldn’t be more excited to let you know that the Missouri City Ministry Building is now open!
Your First-Fifth Grader will love the new building and it’s bright and inviting décor. There’s a worship room, classrooms, game room, a sensory room (for kids who have special needs), and even a small gym. Your kids are going to love it.
Along with this new space we also have a new line up of ministry offerings for your child. On Saturday nights at 6 PM and Sunday mornings at 9 AM, all children will be checked in and taken to their classrooms. Classrooms are clearly marked, so be sure to help your children find their new classrooms. During this service, kids will engage in age-appropriate Bible learning with kids their own age, as well as, enjoy a time of worship with our Kids Worship Team. You will pick your child up from his or her classroom at the end of the service.
At 10:45 AM on Sundays, all kids will be dropped off in the Worship Zone Room for a time of worship and Bible learning. Kids will break into smaller groups to discuss the Bible story and engage in fun activities toward the end of the service. You will pick your child up from the Worship Zone Room.
This is exciting because we hope that we are giving you a great reason to hang around campus for both services on Sunday morning. Your child can have two different Bible learning experiences, reinforcing the day’s point and Bible story. We would love for you to volunteer in the Creek Kids area or another ministry during the second hour.
Remember, the Ministry Building is about a five minute walk from the Worship Center. Please leave your home a little early in order to drop your children off and make it to service on time. If you would like, we have ample parking near the Ministry Building, so you could park at the building, drop your child off, then walk to the service. We will have umbrellas available for inclement weather.
We are certain there will still be a few kinks to work out but we are excited about growing our Creek Kids ministry, we know with growth comes pains. Please help us know how we can serve you best!
