Part 3 – Loving Someone To Christ
Psalm 126:5-6

INTRODUCTION
To love and lead all people to life change in Christ.
Psalm 126:5-6 Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy. 6 He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him. (NKJV)
1. WE WANT OUR LOST FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO BE RESCUED.
2. HOW DO WE LOVE PEOPLE TO CHRIST?
A. By having a willingness to go.

2. Mark 16:15 Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
B. By caring for that person we know.

2. These verses are talking about coming to a level of caring that moves us emotionally.
C. By sowing the “seed” of the good news of salvation.
D. By being patient.

2. 1 Peter 3:15-16 … If someone asks about your Christian hope, always be ready to explain it. 16 But do this in a gentle and respectful way. (NLT)
3. 2 Timothy 2:25 Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth. (NLT)
4. Galatians 6:9 Do not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
E. By praying for the work of the Holy Spirit.
John 16:8-11 And when He (Holy Spirit) comes, He will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment.
9 The world’s sin is that it refuses to believe in Me (Jesus).
10 Righteousness is available because I go to the Father, and you will see me no more.
11 Judgment will come because the ruler of this world has already been judged. (NLT)
Pray these three things –
- Show my friend that their greatest sin is rejecting Jesus as their Savior, but their life could be forever changed by giving their heart to Christ.
- They can’t do it on their own but God in them is powerful. God will put His righteousness into their lives.
- That the Holy Spirit warns them of the coming judgment if they refuse.
F. By being willing to invite.
3. USE THE 3 CIRCLES TRACT TO SHARE YOUR FAITH.
4. GOD MAKES US A PROMISE IF WE WILL BE FAITHFUL TO SHARE CHRIST.

B. God promises that the end result of being faithful in sharing Christ is that some WILL come to Him and there will be a joy beyond description flood our hearts as those we love come to Christ.
C. Isaiah 55:10-11 For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater. 11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. (NKJV)
