1. Pray Persistently: We believe God is calling us to a new season that can only happen through prayer, and we invite you to join us in covering Sugar Creek in prayer. Pray that God will work in the hearts of people at Sugar Creek and that we will listen with the intent to respond. 

2. Commit Fully: Sugar Creek is the church it is today because we have said, “Yes, God!” at every defining moment, and each time, our entire church family shared in that commitment. Whether you have been a part of Sugar Creek for decades or have just begun attending, we invite you to join this journey. This is our opportunity to pray for and work toward something greater than ourselves. Be part of the 100% engagement by saying “YES” and encouraging others to do the same.

3. Give Generously: Jesus told us, “Where your treasure is, your heart will be also.” Whenever we respond to God by giving Him more of our heart, our treasure follows. Because of this, seasons of spiritual growth often lead to seasons of greater generosity. Each of us is at a different stage in our generosity journey. Some make plans to regularly give and support our shared mission; others are just discovering the joy of giving. Wherever you are, live and give in a way that stretches you to take your faith to a whole new level of generosity.

The UNFINISHED Initiative will adopt a “one-fund” approach. This means that for the two-year duration of the campaign, the church’s budget, missions, and capital project funds will all be unified into one fund. This approach offers many benefits, particularly for givers, as you will not need to write multiple checks or make separate online transactions to support all of Sugar Creek’s initiatives from 2025-2026.

Be creative as you explore ways you and your family can contribute to the Unfinished Initiative. Unfinished is a one-fund initiative, meaning all of our giving is united, just like our mission to love and lead all people to life-change in Christ. We are ONE church with ONE mission, and Unfinished will help fuel our mission as ONE. Because Unfinished addressed visionary projects at each campus, combined giving will help us accomplish our mission together.

Absolutely! Our online members and attendees will be fully engaged in all aspects of the UNFINISHED Initiative. Planned upgrades to the Sugar Land Worship Center and Worship Suite will significantly enhance the online experience, allowing us to reach a larger online audience than ever before.
