Richmond | Rosenberg Campus | Associate for The Production Team
Part-Time; 20hrs a week

Job Description
The Multi-site Technical Producer reports to the Global Technical Director and is responsible for all production systems at their assigned campus. This person will be expected to support the ministries and ministers of the church in a spirit of teamwork and offer their time, skills, and gift sets as they apply to the ongoing welfare, ministry, and edification of the church. This is a Specific Campus position with the focus being at their assigned campus. However, there will be global events that campus tech will be asked to be a part of for the whole church.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level of Degree: High School Diploma
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and able to effectively communicate to others
  • Bi-lingual is desired
  • High capacity to build and develop teams of volunteers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player with time flexibility
  • Knowledge of AV equipment
  • Signal flows (Video, Audio, and Lighting Signal Flows)
  • Audio mixing (Eq, Compression, Dynamics)
  • Lighting competency (Patch, address, and program a lighting rig)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and beginner level proficiency in adobe applications

PRIMARY MINISTRY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibility is to build and lead the production team at the campus in accordance with the global production team’s processes.

  • Recruiting of volunteers
  • Onboarding and continual training of volunteers
  • Scheduling the team for Sundays and any needed event

Worship service preparation including but not limited to

  • Management of video content (CG1, CG2, Confidence)
  • Programming of an engaging light show in sync with song backgrounds
  • Prepare video playback from Resi
  • Prepare speaker for Connect Card moments of any special notes
  • Ensure worship team and Pastors have everything needed for service

Maintain Production areas for cleanliness and presentably. Locations include but not limited to:

  • FOH Booth
  • Backstage
  • Stage

Support Staff position in the Finance Department
Full-Time; 40hrs a week

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process payroll on a semi-monthly basis ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records in the payroll system, including changes in salary, deductions, and tax withholding.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and other status changes in payroll and benefits systems.
  • Reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, and benefits deductions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and benefits information.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll and benefits laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration, preferably in a nonprofit or religious organization.
  • Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations, including federal, state, and local laws affecting religious organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a faith-based environment.
